When I arrived in London last Saturday, I moved from Heathrow airport to my residence, which is sited in Bloomsbury, not so far from Russel Square.
It's a very peaceful area: in fact there are some parks such as Russel Square park or Coram's fields and, above all, there isn't too much traffic and noise. There are also some interesting place to be visited: the house of the famous writer Charles Dickens and the British museum.
My residence is on teh corner of Gray's Inn Road and Wren Street. I share my flat with other Italian people coming from Naples, Rome and Turin and I have a good relationship with them.
The flat has six bedrooms, two bathrooms and one kitchen in which I meet with my flatmates in the evening to have dinner.
Although my room is small, it has got all I need: there's a comfortable bed, a writing desk, a bedside table and a mirror above a washbasin. On the right of the bed ther's also a capacious built-in wardrobe which includes a soe rack. In front of the writing desk is placed an old armchair on which I relax when I'm tired after a day's studying.

ReplyDeleteIt sounds like a huge place! The armchair would be where I would fall asleep every day if I were you. :)
